These terms and conditions are the terms and conditions upon which Amber Jean Flowers (“we/us”) makes available to you. By paying the booking fee to secure your wedding flowers with Amber Jean Flowers you agree to the following terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions below form the basis under which your order will be executed. It is important to read them.
Consultation – An initial free one hour consultation will be given prior to reservation of your date. Should you require further consultations prior to securing your reservation date these will be charged at our standard £30 per hour fee.
Reservation of Wedding Date – A non-refundable booking fee of 20% of the confirmed quote will be required to book Amber Jean Flowers services. The quote is valid for four weeks from the date of sending.
Booking Fee – this is non-refundable, even if the date is changed, the wedding cancelled for any reason, or the client decides to engage an alternative supplier. It is applied towards the contracted wedding flowers and is deducted from the final invoice. Booking fee payment is deemed acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Booking Prior to Consultation – Should you require to secure your date prior to consultation a fee of £500 will secure your date.
Cancellation - In the event of a cancellation, charges may also apply. Cancellation eight weeks prior to the wedding date will incur a further charge of 25% of the total amount and full payment will be required for cancellations four weeks before the day of the wedding.
Charges are applied at our discretion pending cancellation circumstances. No charges will be applied should the wedding be changed to a different date and all products are still required – subject to date availability.
Balance - The full balance for the contracted work is required six weeks before the wedding. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the invoice details are correct.
Amendments - Any amendments are to be brought together during the final consultation meeting which will take place approximately six weeks ahead of the wedding. During this meeting all additional ideas and revisions can be addressed. This will avoid confusion of long email threads where details can be missed. Amendments can be made but if the total cost falls below 50% of the total confirmed quote, Amber Jean Flowers reserves the right to withdraw from the contract – in this instance the booking fee will be retained.

Delivery - The total price includes delivery of flowers on the day to a maximum of two addresses within a five-mile radius of the studio and is subject to a minimum order value of £400. Additional deliveries will be subject to a charge, and set-up charges will apply where appropriate. Details will be specified on your initial quote.
Whilst we endeavour to make all deliveries within sufficient time before the event, we cannot be held responsible for any unexpected events that may occur which are beyond our control. We will endeavour to make alternative arrangements should this happen. In this event, refunds will be at our discretion.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree that Amber Jean Flowers is the sole supplier of fresh flowers at your event, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
Here at Amber Jean Flowers we pride our self on providing stunning florals and flower content. We make every effort to provide the varieties discussed.. We will work with your wish lists and if available we will include them, however if not we will use the wish list blooms as inspiration for alternative blooms. The options are that you can leave us to choose a mix of flowers, – or we will work to a colour and style palette, based on our discussions, emails and images on your mood board. Please note mood boards are used as inspiration only, and each piece is unique to you and your wedding.
Hire Charge - All hired items are subject to a deposit charge which will be confirmed in the initial quote the client is fully responsible for all damaged or missing items and the cost of all such items will be deducted from the deposit charge at full retail value. The deposit charge will be returned in full on safe collection of all hired items.
Complaints - If there are any issues with florals the client must notify us on the day of receipt. We reserve the right to rectify any errors on the day without prejudice. Any complaints regarding the quality, shape, size, quantity etc cannot be accepted after the day of the event.
