Welcome to Amber Jean Flowers.

Hi I'm Claire the florist behind Amber Jean Flowers.

I have been a florist for almost 30 years working both within the flower industry and education.My floral career started in my late teens  where I worked at several prestigious florists within Birmingham and Solihull before venturing into education and training in 2008.My career within the Education sector gave me the opportunity to pass on my skills and knowledge to many a budding florist. The classroom was my happy place and it was this passion that inspired me to run my own workshops and classes.

The Flower School element of my business was established in 2014 with the name change coming later in 2019. This enabled me to offer full range of services including, bespoke flowers for weddings, events and funerals. 2019 saw me add another string to my bow as I ventured into the world of growing cut flowers. I currently use a mix of British and quality imported blooms, my goal is to get to a point to solely use British grown seasonal flowers and foliage. I currently live in an urban environment so flower farming  is perhaps challenging in regard to space but no less enjoyable. If your wondering why Amber Jean? Well its my eldest daughters name which I felt had a great ring for my business name but mainly its in memory of my late mother Jean.

I continue to grow both within my business and creatively. I aspire to constantly offer new and exciting opportunities within my Flower School as well as providing a bespoke floral services for all occasions with Birmingham and surrounding areas.
